At Piney Lakes Childcare, we are dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of every child in our care. That’s why we’re excited to offer the Happy Feet fitness program, a fun and engaging activity that takes place once a week for children aged 2 and above. Designed to encourage physical activity in a playful, supportive environment, Happy Feet helps children develop strong gross motor skills, coordination, and a love for movement. Each session is led by trained instructors who guide the children through age-appropriate exercises that focus on fitness, flexibility, and teamwork.

The Happy Feet program is designed to make fitness fun! Children participate in a variety of interactive activities, including dance, running games, balance exercises, and obstacle courses. These activities not only promote physical health but also support the development of social skills as children work together, take turns, and celebrate their achievements. Our goal is to foster a positive attitude towards physical fitness, building habits that will stay with children as they grow. Through Happy Feet, we aim to make exercise a fun and rewarding experience that children look forward to each week.
