Our Team

The team at Piney Lakes Childcare deliver an individualised approach to all of the children in their care. Our qualified team of educators engage in teaching experiences that are success-driven, fun and play-based. From teaching mathematical concepts to role plays and dress-ups, our team are fun, knowledgeable and passionate.

Every day, our educators report to parents on daily activities. They include new concepts the children have been learning, interesting interactions, food intake and hygiene information.  They also love taking fun photos! Each day, they ensure that you are kept up to date with a daily report on your child’s day in care with learning activities that are linked directly to the Early Years Learning Framework via our user-friendly app, Kindyhub.

The team believes that the early childhood years should be fun, full of self-discovery and well-informed. They work diligently to nurture, facilitate and support children’s learning through a play-based curriculum that supports equality and inclusion. Our educators believe that for children to excel to their full potential there is a need to provide continuity of care so they feel safe and secure in their environments.

Professional development, ongoing training and reflection is an important part of all educator’s professionalism and Piney Lakes Childcare actively supports the team to further develop themselves professionally.
